Man, I wonder how many others here have had that same pain...Scares the crap out of me just thinking about it. If and when I begin TRT, it will definitely be HCG for me.

Some guys here have reported stabbing pain in the testes due to atrophy. They were on TRT without HCG. Is this stabbing pain fairly common in guys not injecting HCG along with their t-injections?

Dr. Can you offer any advice as to how one should choose his urologist, particularly if he is on TRT? Finding an Internal Medicine/Family Practitioner MD who is TRT savvy is a battle. Is it the same situation in searching for an urologist?

I don't think the best plan is even necessary if fertility is not an issue. Under the basic plan for 199 monthly, I assume those injections are"in office"? I wonder if you self injected, and split the dose per week in two, what the cost would be.
