Any time I've called with an issue, it's resolved within the hour. The only reason it's not immediate is the person answering the phone is not a practitioner so it takes a bit to get one of them on the line. They also do quick e-mail consultations, although those might take a day or so to get an answer.
All in all, Defy goes above and beyond for their patients.
