    Subcutaneous Injection ?

That is exactly what I was thinking. IM or sub, if both versions work, than everywhere on and in your body. I do not feel anything on my delts, especially with this little bitty tiny needles when I am use to 23 ga.

SO, the glutes are still fine even with a smaller needle? Delts, I did not feel anything when I injected into that area. That was nice.

    My workout routine

Yes, it really proves that everyone is different. When you take Arnold and Franco back in the days. Arnold was working out like crazy for hours in the gym. Franco came in, finished his workout and was gone. Arnold was always jealous about that. I also think that a constant level of testosterone...

    Subcutaneous Injection ?

Yes, it was a harpoon. First shot with a 27 ga needle today. Tried into the belly. Burned like fire. Had to take it out and injected into the shoulder. I know, I am a wimp. :( Nevertheless, I liked that injecting into the shoulder. Are there other spots where I can inject?

    My workout routine

My workout routine were the same for years. Each muscle once per week until the muscle is killed. I read a study that it takes up to 6 weeks for the muscle to recover. Then I changed my routine to Franco Columbo's workout plan. 5 sets per big muscle and 2-3 for the smaller once. Hitting each...

    Ovidrel Buying Recommendations?

It looks like that way, that I have to pay the price. The funny thing is, I paid $75 without insurance when I first started in 2012. The insurance covered it, pay was low, now I have to pay out of pocket again and it went up 100% on price.

How to Squat with TERRIBLE mobility

Great video. Made me laugh a few times. I stopped doing squats two years ago and doing only press. Did it for too long and my lower back became stiff.

    Ovidrel Buying Recommendations?

Ahh, no , sorry, I did not mean any pharmacy with where these substance is coming from. I meant that it is coming from pregnant women and that thought somehow makes me uncomfortable. Ovidrel is kind of synthesized. Sorry for not being clear enough with my post. My mother language is much...

    Ovidrel Buying Recommendations?

I am using Ovidrel which was covered all the years by my insurance. My co-pay was around $20. Now, my company changed the plans and Ovidrel is not longer covered. I have to pay myself the full amount which ranges from $150-$300, depending on the pharmacy. Does anyone know a source where to get...

High Red Blood Cells and no cure

There is no blood bank here in Nashville, TN, where I live who does this. Of course, I am able to get a prescription, which my doctor already recommended, but my insurance does not cover it and self pay is close to $500.

    Subcutaneous Injection ?

Thank you guys. Dr. Crisler says in his video syringes with a 25 ga needle. Wouldn't a 29 be too thin which prevents the oil from flowing? I like the thinner the better. He is also very lean. I doubt he is injecting into body fat because there is almost none. I have a little bit belly fat. Does...

High Red Blood Cells and no cure

Hello, my results on follow levels are always around RBC 6.38 Hemoglobin 18.8 Hematocrit 55.4 which is considered high. I am feeling great on TRT. There are only two options, as far as I know, to lower these levels. Stopping TRT, which draws you back to the shitty feeling when you were...

    50 Years and Still Alive

I am 50 years old and on TRT since 2012. I was diagnostic with 136 testosterone level and my doctor prescribed me IM testosterone. I had no clue about that at this time, so I did a lot research and came to many articles from Nelson. I contacted him and we had a good back and forth email...
