Took a month or so before I started feeling better. Arimidex definitely jacked me up and I think it made me aromatize more than without it. So I'd end up needing more of the damn ai. I switched over to aromasin at very low doses when needed and it doesn't mess my body up like arimidex did.

Thanks Nelson! I’ve talked with Andre on their team and he is awesome. I think I’ll go with them. I just want to be sure this is sustainable as well, since trt is for life for the most part.

Yeah, I have shbg between 8-12 consistently. I do start feeling very anabolic once I’m in the 1000s for total t haha. I would prefer to be in those ranges too. But with the free t always super high, that could be why I get oily skin, bad back acne etc.

The ranges he uses for total t is like 300-850 or something. I’m working on finding a new doctor at the moment. Free t is always over the range for me. Never had a set of labs where it was in range.

That’s really sad to hear the news about Dr. Crisler. I found out a few hours after posting this. Would it be more expensive to go through them rather than my gp? I don’t mind paying for quality care, unless it’s like one of these anti aging clinics that cost a fortune.

Yup I weaned off arimidex completely. Feel way better. No more brain fog and ed. After initially stopping arimidex though, I did experience a “rebound” effect and had anxiety like crazy. But once I leveled out I was in better shape than I ever was on arimidex.

With the low dose ai I’d feel ok for at most about 5 hours. I don’t know if it was constant rebound, fluctuations etc. But once I dropped the ai I seemed to stabilize and all of my problems resolved.

I took my first injection of the hcg this morning, and I don’t know if it’s placebo or not, but I feel an increased well being right now. A lot more calm and alert in a sense. I’m not too worried about the estrogen as I am taking a daily ai but I may need to increase its dose if symptoms arise.
