Are your balls responding to the hCG for sure?

Use a thin cloth and break/snap off the top of the ampule with it so you don't cut yourself.

I would definitely either completely cut out the AI like Nelson said, or cut back to .25mg E3.5D. Maybe even less if you can at .125mg E3.5D. Don't make any more changes. I'd bet that you've got pretty low E2 when you were doing 1mg anast a week.

hCG does increase serum E2. How do you know you have bone loss? Have you had a DEXA scan?

I would lay off the AI for 4 weeks. Get E2 bloods. Make sure that is actually elevated. Then proceed with .1mg x2 week. Get more bloods in 3-4 weeks to see where you're at.
