I use 1-2 tbl spoon of black strap molasses, a bit of Himalayan salt and lemon/lime juice in my water bottle for during my rides and I eat a banana or dates before. I dont pump iron that much. :-)

I have never had low iron before but my last labs had me as very low so I will be starting taking iron. Also my blood cells are smaller which is most likely linked to low Iron. My primary doc said I was almost anemic.

Kwalker, are you eating or just taking it by itself?

The sting is most likely the alcohol wasn't dry that can make it sting. If you move the needle while injecting that can cause a bit of post soreness and there are also nerves so just try a different spot. I get the same thing sometimes not not always.

Defy just put me on 100IU daily and I do the shot in the morning. They also added 30mg DHEA twice a day along with upping my Test to .35ml twice a week. Started on Monday so nothing to really report on yet. I really don't notice any difference.
