    Weighted Blanket...anxiety relief

i wonder if something like a sleeping bag would help? More to do with the secure hugging sensation then the weight it self. probably cheaper anyway.

When to collect saliva test while on hydrocortisone

I have read that you need to be off of the HC for a couple of weeks to get a accurate measure. Stopthethyroidmadness.com has info on this. What does your doctor suggest. I can't get the website to come up to get the link for you.

    New Member & Newly Diagnosed

I would definitely get a more comprehensive thyroid panel done. Thyroid therapy can be a game changer when needed. optimal thyroid is necessary to get the most out of trt as many here will attest.

Starting NDT and follow up FT3 tests

how do you feel is the important question. Lab are good as a guide. Were you given the option to increase after a couple weeks if not feeling better? I had poor luck with NDT, but I would like to give it another try again. I think I may have just been underdosed at the time. Good luck...

Odd labs, interested in members thoughts?

I increased T4 to 75 mcg 4 days ago. Yesterday I think I was have some light hyperthyroid symptoms. I am going to see if they persist for a day or two before decreasing. I am suppose to drop back down to 50 mcg T4, but it seems to me it would be better to drop T3 down some instead? T3 dose...

MRI came back good, no tumor. Upped T4 to 75mcg. 50mcg had no effect. Still at 75mcg T3 daily

Upper range SHBG - IM injection frequency?

I am high SHBG, best with E3.5D for me. Like everything with Hormones, it is highly individual. Starting with twice a week is common. You will have to test it out for yourself.

Advice on my current plan of action (before trt)

welcome to the forum. I don't know much about HCG monotherapy, but it seems like you are taking a cautious approach. Which is always smart in my opininon. Good luck and keep us posted! I am currently waiting on a MRI scan of my pituitary.

Odd labs, interested in members thoughts?

I went to the Mayo clinic. Sure enough, the first Endocrinologist I saw says "we only look at TSH and that it is a very accurate measure of Thyroid function." Of course mine was very low due to T3 supplement. I expect a statement like that from my local hospital, but was hoping that a clinic...

For those who inject T and HCG on same syringe

I once got a little Test in the HCG vial. I noticed no difference. Since then I have gone back to E3.5D injections, so I don't inject that way anymore.

Odd labs, interested in members thoughts?

Will do. I also made a appt. with the Mayo clinic in Rochester, Minn. See what they think about my issues. I am concerned though that they will have a fit about my TRT and try to make me come off of it. I am hoping they can take a closer look at my thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary glands...

    Carnivore Diet-Dr. Baker Blood Test

The truth is there is just not any good or long term research available yet on this diet. All just subjective evidence. That being said, we should not dismiss it just because it flies in the face of convention. Remember most of us are on this forum because we disagree with conventional...

I am interested in everyones thoughts on these recent labs, I have a consult tomorrow. Especially the aldosterone and lymph,WBC numbers. I am not suprised by testosterone numbers - I recently went from daily to E3.5d injections (6 weeks ago). Might not be quiet leveled out, i hope. Daily...

    1st ketamine treatment for depression

about 2 weeks since finishing initial treatments. Still feel decent. Mood is still better. Unfortunately, maybe too late for marriage. Too much going on in life to get a good read for how the treatment is working. Doing my best to stay positive. I am trying to push off anymore ketamine for...

    Carnivore Diet-Dr. Baker Blood Test

been carnivore for about a month now, Gut issues (ibs-c) much better for sure. Still low energy though, I think I need to work on more calories. Interesting Diet, surprisingly easy to follow. But, as said previously, no one diet for everyone. But, if you are not doing well on current diet...

Daily injections with mid to high shbg

I have higher SHBG. Thought I would try Every day injections as well for similar reasons. Didn't help me in any way. Other than I was able to use less total testosterone weekly. Estradiol dropped too low though and the lack of subjective benefit to me led back to E3.5D injections. If you...
