30 mg per day of testosterone shots

No I haven’t watched the TOT round tables. I will look into that. What I’m referring to in my post is Dr Charles Glueck’s work in researching correlation between TRT and DVT, where he also mentions correlations with high E2 and arimidex with clotting. I would say the last thing I feel is...

    Heart palpitations and high BP

Where was your E2 when you stopped?

30 mg per day of testosterone shots

High E2 is also linked with serious health conditions such as DVT (deep vein thrombosis, blood clotting in the larger veins of the body that can cause stroke, heart attack, and death). If I were at supraphysiological levels I would have some extra tests run regularly.

    The Thread for Dialed-In Dudes

Great info! Can you tell me a little about your experiences with FSH and any changes you’ve noticed with it? Are you on it for fertility reasons alone, or have you experienced other benefits?

    The Thread for Dialed-In Dudes

Awesome post, MM. I think you are the goal for a lot of people here. Can you post your protocol? I think you’re a T-only guy if I remember correctly.

    The Thread for Dialed-In Dudes

Are you dialed in? Got the four big areas of TRT on lock? Mood/Energy/Body Composition/Sexual Function If you do, well you’re probably not haunting this forum at midnight on a Saturday night. But if you do, please post your protocol below and a little about yourself (basic lab info, shbg...

Question: With low shbg, can higher dosages and with only 1-2 times a week create sexual problems?

Systemlord what info have you found on Free E2 spikes that I can look over? So far I’ve only seen it mentioned by forumites.

Been on TRT w HCG since 2017-04. No benefits?

You’re taking seriously high doses of clomid and hCG. It’s no surprise you feel bad on this protocol, your E2 is likely sky high.

    Arimidex/Anastrozole intolerant. Would Aromasin work?

I can’t even tolerate a 0.0625mg dose of Anastrozole, I don’t know if it crashes my E2 or if I just get a bad reaction to the drug, but it takes about 2 or 3 days to recover. Has anyone had this issue and then had success with Aromasin?

    Starting TRT: Treatment options

Did you actually start TRT, or is this just your normal labs? I would assume normal since your LH and FSH are still present.

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I agree. It’s worth experimenting with, to me. I’m going to see about getting a vial. From what I read on the thread posted above, it’s 350 for one, and taking 50iu 2x a week the guy was able to make his last 3 months.

TRT without the use of Aromatase Inhibitors

Joe, how about libido or sides?

TRT without the use of Aromatase Inhibitors

I'm also interested in the high dose methodology. I'm thinking it won't work for low SHBG guys, but I've never attempted it personally. Like Dr. Crisler says, the larger t doses may simply steamroll the estrogenic effects out of the equation. But with larger unnatural doses, who knows what else...

TRT without the use of Aromatase Inhibitors

This is why I had to make that last edit about my post being in regards to low SHBG.

TRT without the use of Aromatase Inhibitors

I've only tried Anastrozole for a couple of weeks, i felt awful on it, whether it was .25mg or .125mg, I believe my body over responded and my E2 levels dipped too low. I believe it's imperative, given some recent information I've read attributing prothrombic (promotes blood clotting) qualities...

    Irregular libido and night sweats

Like Vince said, I would guestimate that your night sweats are a result of your E2 levels naturally dropping at night, and your body is shedding some of the excess water weight it is retaining. Elevated E2 can also cause testicles and penis to shrink/shrivel, as well as kill and sometimes spike...

    My daily Testosterone Propionate diary

It may be a good idea, that in the future if you ever feel super in-the-zone like that, to run out and get a blood test done. Just for future comparison. I think a lot of people miss the oppurtunity to see what dialed-in (subjective in itself), looks like on paper. I think what is considered...

    Starting TRT: Treatment options

Overvolting, if there's one thing I've learned here is that its much easier to start with a conservative dose first, rather than start too high, have side effects, then try to figure out what's causing it and back off of your dosages. Such a pita. I would think half of what you're thinking might...

    HCG Frequency, Half-life, etc

FWIW I work offshore on different oil rigs and platforms, jump around via helicopter frequently. I use an insulin cold pack that's basically a mesh bag, insulated with foam, that has a molded ice pack I keep frozen. When I need to pack up and leave, I put my vial in the bag and it's always been...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I suppose I could ask about Aromasin. Are you taking HCG as well, and how much? I'm guessing you're on something like Coast Watcher's protocol. You're a low SHBG guy?

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

But I'm hopeful about this new protocol. Dropping my weekly test dosage from 140mg to 105, and my hCG in half from 500 to 250EOD. It took awhile for me to wrap my head around the less is more strategy with this stuff. The tendency is to always take more if not feeling optimal.

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

It's affordable, I just can't talk the Dr into giving me the sensitive E2 test. I think they've come to trust me more over these months and now sort of let me go with whatever I go with. I'm speaking with one of the Dr's today to set up my bloodwork for next week. Can you remind me what LC/MS/MS...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I had all the trappings of low T symptoms. Though possibly thyroid issues. My TSH, T3, and T4 were in the normal ranges but Reverse T3 wasn't tested. I'd like to get a full thyroid workup from Defy and see if that's what my problem may have been. StepbyStep, what does your protocol look like?

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I should add that I did try Clomid about 5 years ago, long before TRT. He started me at 50mg ED, then 25mg ED, then i moved myself to 25mg EOD. Had no E2 labs throughout so I can't be sure, but I had really high anxiety after a couple weeks of it. I did feel good for the first 4 or 5 days but...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

My original labs weren't bad compared to most guys here. I'd have to post them and they're not on this computer. But TT was at 500. SHBG was 28. My followup TT after TRT was 1300, SHBG went down to 18. Estradiol, non sensitive was 71. IGF-1 was a little on the low side. What benefits I had at...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

Thanks Vince, that was the thread I was referring to. So the OP was taking 50iu 2x week, not 35iu a week like i had originally thought. No one mentioned any additional libido benefits or anything else like that. So, i'm kind of shooting in the dark here. I'm almost 6 months into HRT and I feel...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

Are these higher doses, Nelson? I have E2 issues and am oversensitive to anastrozole, so even at my 250iu EOD protocol i'm still pushing it. I know that sertoli cells make up the majority of testicular volume, and have heard from the few members who've used FSH for fertility purposes, that it...

Has anyone tried adding FSH to their protocol?

I've seen a couple of short lived threads on the topic, but nothing noteworthy or recent. I'm thinking of adding a low dose of FSH (perhaps 35iu per week to start) to my protocol (30mg Test Cyp EOD, 250iu EOD) to see how it may effect other areas of wellbeing and function aside from just...
