Apparently this study did not track free testosterone, which makes the results considerably less useful. Higher BMI is expected to correlate with lower SHBG [R], which leads to lower total testosterone for the same level of free testosterone. Therefore these cohorts with different BMIs could have the same level of free testosterone and not even need the dose titration.
