HCG sterility shelf life

How long are you all using your HCG vials? I've tried weeding through some old threads, but I'm not finding anything recent. The pharmacy's guidance is to throw away my vial after 30 days for sterility reasons. My urologist wants me to take 500 IUs twice a week which would leave me throwing 4000 IUs away every month since I can only get it in 10000 IU vials currently. I'm on TRT, but I'm completely new to HCG. I'll be taking it in conjunction to try to mitigate the shrinkage side effects I'm experiencing. I'm very interested in all of your thoughts, advice, and experience. Thanks!

I've been using 10,000 IU of HCG for over 10 years. Injecting 500 IU twice a week, now every third day. I never threw any out and never had any issues.

From what I remember reading back when I started HCG you should be good using a vial for at least 2 months. After that HCG starts to lose its potency somewhat. I’ve always used my entire vial even up to 4 months increasing my dose some towards the end. Now though I only use 350ius 2x/wk. I order my HCG from Reliable Rx and get the 5000iu vials. These last just under 2 months for me. Of course after you mix HCG keep in fridge.
