Gel vs injection

Hey guys! Ive been using scrotal gel ( 100mg in the morning 100mg afternoon ) last 4 month. I have no symptons high strogen but my labs are on 54 ( 12 hours after the application ) while my total test is in 4,5. Hematocrito raises too versus 16.5mg/test cyp daily. Ive been dealing with some weirds symptons last weeks. Ive gone to emergency room due some renal pain, but the reactive test was ok. Then ive done more test and i realized my phosphorus was in 1.8 and my calcium in 10.8. A week later phosphorus increased to 2.2 and calcium decreased to 9.9. Some questions,

Ive heard gel is more physiological than injection. But i think it creates more peaks. Does anybody prefers injection over gel?

And The other question, does anybody suffer for electrolytes impairs and knows which is the cause ?

Thanks

I would reject the claim that gels are more physiological than injections. In some cases the diurnal rhythm in serum testosterone is more natural looking. But I think this is outweighed by DHT levels that are often not physiological. Even when DHT is in range it may be relatively large compared to testosterone and estradiol. On top of this, gel absorption is highly variable, and frequently declines over time. Thus I consider injections to be better. If you don't mind injecting daily then you can attain a decent diurnal rhythm in levels by using a blend of testosterone propionate and a longer ester, such as cypionate or enanthate.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
