Vince those are not my words. That is a cut and paste from the order from my provider. At Defy when you have a consultation, and after you are finished, they send you a written follow-up with your plan from the provider.

I take 10mg of test cyp every morning

I take my test and 100IU of HCG every morning. I experimented and found that if I take the test in the morning and the HCG in the evening I feel pretty good.

I inject both testosterone and HCG daily at the same time.
