Problems with Defy and Hallandale Pharmacy
I have gotten anastrazole from Hallandale, Empower and APS. They all worked fine. Same goes for HCG and testosterone.- Pranayama

Igf-1 results
Good question...I have no idea lol. I just know I am in range. Good enough for me I guess? I am assuming higher numbers are good. People have always said I look at least ten years younger than my age. :)- Pranayama

Igf-1 results
Defy had a special for follow up labs and I got a free Igf-1 test. Results great: 205 Range for my age is: 67-205 and my age is 48 soon to be 49. This is the first time I have ever had it tested.- Pranayama

What caused you to need TRT?
I suspect I was on the low end if not low T (I consider low t anything below 400), all of my life. Finally in 2013 at the age of 44 it seemed to have reached such a low level I could not ignore it anymore. how much does 0.5 mg arimidex decrease oestradiol level ?
My dose is a tiny 0.05 mg. Any more than that and I am crashing! The reality is some people are much more sensitive than others to the effects of anastrazole. I am one of the very sensitive ones obviously. My total dosage for 1 week is: 0.15 mg.- Pranayama

Poll- HCG use while on TRT
3 but it does increase my estradiol levels somewhat. If I did not take HCG I would likely not need anastrazole. I take a very low dose: 0.05 mg x3 per week. But the benefits for me outweigh that one effect.- Pranayama

Update on this year’s physical for Defy: Much less complicated then last year’s. I used the Defy form and edited out the header, and went to a urgent care clinic and asked for a Sports physical. Hallandale Pharmacy is horrible
Hallandale: I have preferred to get HCG from them because they divide it in two separate bottles 5000iu and 6000iu. The last order a few weeks ago I was informed by Defy that they we're moving locations and as of that time they are not able to deliver to Texas due to license renewal. That's all...- Pranayama

How many people supplement with DIM?
I tried DIM only and it did absolutely nothing to lower my estradiol. The capsules of anastrozole I receive from the compound pharmacy do contain DIM. Other than that the bottle of DIM I have leftover is sitting in the cabinet not being used. Didn't work for me, but maybe for others it has a...- Pranayama
