Semaglutide Forum: Game Changer for Weight Loss

Raping Americans? A bit dramatic, aren't we? Especially since Big Pharma didn't make us obese, we did. I get a monthly supply of Mounjaro for $40, same with Ozempic if I wanted it. While buying drugs overseas shouldn't be illegal, the flipside to your argument is that Big Pharma needs to be...

Has anyone tried Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) - supposedly more effective than Semaglutide

Mounjaro is Mounjaw dropping! How long were you on it? I'm 2 1/2 weeks in at 10 mg and I don't want to eat at all. Can't wait to retest my HA1c.

Has anyone tried Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) - supposedly more effective than Semaglutide

Curious, did you start with the smallest dose (.25 mg), keep it there for a month, then titrate up?

You feel full after eating only a few bites. If you want to eat your entire meal, you'll have to slow down. My uneducated guess is that it's the GIP part of the tirzepatide because I didn't notice this with semaglutide.

Semaglutide Forum: Game Changer for Weight Loss

Hello gentlemen, here's an update to my n=1 experience with semaglutide, and now tirzepatide. Quick fact: I'm the stereotypical yo-yo dieter. I'm 6'1" and for the last 20 years, my weight has ranged between 210-250 lbs. However, now that I'm in my 50s, my weight has been closer to 250 lbs...

Semaglutide Forum: Game Changer for Weight Loss

Great thread all. I started taking Ozempic at .25mg a few months back and it did absolutely nothing for me. I upped it to .5mg a month later and that also did nothing. It wasn't until I dosed 1mg per week that I started noticing the hunger blunting capabilities of semaglutide, but it was still...

    Safety and efficacy of supplements.

I use examine.com almost exclusively to research supplements. I use labdoor.com (free site) and consumerlab.com (paid site) to research the efficacy/safety/purity of various supplements from various suppliers. By the way, certain brands seems to always be at the top of the list, ex. Life...

Testosterone Impairs Cognitive Reflection in Men

This study is making the rounds in bodybuilding circles. Not sure why. As a complete layperson, I see big problems with it. And perhaps this is my impulsive thinking coming out, LOL, but I cannot take a study like this seriously, that: 1. Tested participant's T levels using a saliva test 2...

    Hallandale Pharmacy is horrible

Hallandale Pharmacy is horrible. They are either incompetent or liars (or both). Let me explain. I am a patient with Defy, and Dr. Saya prescribed me Pregnenolone troches and sent the prescription to Hallandale to compound. Within a few days I received my prescription. I took these as directed...

No energy on TRT - SOLVED...kind of!

I have not taken T3, but also have high Reverse T3 (27). From my understanding, it's best to check and treat adrenals first before taking thyroid medication. Not to mention, your Free T3 is not that bad. Have you had a 4x salivary cortisol test done?
