I do understand that. However I think the cause actually being T too high is pretty unlikely. Especially considering that over the years I've experimented with much higher doses than I'm currently on with zero acne issues.

Thanks. I've read both those articles. I've pretty much determined from them that DIM isn't the best way to manage estrogen. If anyone has any further info on this or recommendations for the best ways to manage estrogen I'd love to hear them.
