Yes, I use 0.25 twice per week. I was taking 0,5mg twice a week when I was on 120mg of test cyprionate (split in 2 doses) but then I switched to 120mg of nebido once per week and that seemed to lower my E2 significantly. Why do you suggest to not use the pregnenolone from the start?

Thanks for the reply Vince. My energy is better for sure and I recover much better from workouts. I've always been muscular but I'm seeing changes in my body too. My libido could be a little bit better though. It's better than before TRT but not great.

Hello, thanks for the reply. We used an online FT calculator. we just entered my TT and then just entered different SHBG values until we reached my FT. I am planning to check my SHBG in 2 weeks to be sure but from what I understand it's probably high.
