masters you may have food allergies causing your problems. Here is a great blood test you can do at home from Life Extensions. I had same problems as you and after the food allergy test found out I had allergies to garlic, onions and white potatoes....Yuck! Hard to avoid if you are eating...
OK good to know. I was going by your post of labs done in August 2018. You listed Reverse T3 at 22.2. If you've had tested since August and its at 15, then you are good there.
Charliebizz your symptoms could very well be caused by your high Reverse T3.....Yours is at 22 and it needs to be 15 or lower.... good article here!
Reverse T3 Treatment Guide + How to "Flush" it out of Your Body
I would look into why its high - low iron/ferritin, sickness, surgeries, etc...
mabell I'm no expert but it looks like since you have added the Nature Thyroid your Free T3 has declined from 3.0 to 2.9 and your RT3 has risen from 17.1 to 20.3 which means the T4 in the Nature Thyroid is converting to RT3 which is bad..... here is a good explanation of high RT3 and how to...
Systemlord have you ever had a full food allergy test done? Your symptoms sound like mine a lot, allergies, cough, aches, high body temperature etc. I've had 3 sinus infections this year so, figured I would visit and ENT allergist and had ALL the necessary test. Found out I'm allergic to...
Really would be helpful to see your Reverse T3. Your FT4 at 1.14 is definitely in range but, as Vince stated your FT3 is at rock bottom and your T4 Unithroid could very well be converting to RT3 and not making it to your Free T3 which is the most important of all. Here is very good description...
Based on those numbers you are definitely a candidate for t therapy but, since you are with Defy, I would ask them for a full thyroid panel along with other testing just to make sure its not a thyroid problem contributing to your symptoms..... If I remember correctly, Trump's total testosterone...
JayLay what are your symptoms? Your T levels do not warrant testosterone therapy and I doubt there is a doctor who would put you on it with those levels. Have you had a complete Thyroid work up done? Symptoms are very similar and the thyroid is a short term fix once the cause has been...
I'm taking this product to lower mine:

You want a product with Trimethylglycine (TMG) along with B vitamins to effectively...
Interesting thread. Think I’m in the same boat with low cortisol. My RT3 was 28.1 in March went on 15 mcg Cytomel 2xday and dropped to 13, stopped T3 and 6 weeks later back up to 21. Ferritin at 140 so it’s not low iron causing. Waiting now on results of the 4 tube salivary test. Ratbag did...
I would follow Vince's advice and get your Reverse T3 tested. Brain fog is a symptom of high RT3 along with fatigue, low libido, feeling cold, unable to lose weight, etc.....
Agree with Vince. Could be your thyroid. There are many many symptoms of hypothyroidism. Here is a great sticky by Nelson and read the post by other members especially Orin's links to thyroid websites.

If you feel great I wouldn't change a thing until you start feeling different....With SHBG in the low range, high T and Free T may just be what your body needs.
Like Vince stated suggest you get a current thyroid panel done with the minimum of:
TSH
Free T4
Free T3
Reverse T3
Being tired, hair loss and being cold are all symptoms of hypothyroidism. Here is a good description of ALL the symptoms and there are a lot of them:
