New to trt. 8 weeks in 125 units once a week. First blood test back.

Test 684 baseline 342

Free 124 no baseline

Estrogen 32 no baseline

Hemocrtit 52 baseline 49

After week 7 started to feel sluggish again, moody, sex drive deminished again and put on 7 lbs. in a weekend. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to Excelmale.

More information please. What are details of your protocol - how was it determined? HCG? How old are you? What about other health issues? What else, other than your protocol-related elements, are you taking - medications and supplements? How old are you? Was your estradiol measured with the sensitive lab test? Any thyroid values? Can you provide reference ranges for the results, please?

The more you can tell us, the better the discussion will be.

I'm 15 weeks into TRT and I sometimes still feel like you describe, the fact that you don't have baseline tests already tells me you need a new doctor. I'm a believer if your here your doctor must be doing it all wrong.

Thanks for the info

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
