how fast does estrogen drop when test drops

I am on TRT in UK (Sustanon 250) due to way the medication works there is an initial spike where levels can go v high followed by a drop - during the spikes I assume my estrogen rockets up to (in line with test) - once test drops though does estrogen drop with it? I know by the end of the injection period my Test ends up around 500 and estrogen around 45.

I am carrying a a fair bit of body fat which isn't helping.

There isn't anyone who can make sense of those levels, usually E2 in the UK is in pmol/l, which 45 would be ridiculously low.

Just post the labs in their original format.

Yes, estradiol drops when test does, as test is its source.
