Splitting Dose

Right now I'm currently doing 200 mg of T Cyp a week as one injection. When I do this, 24 hours after and for the next 3-4 days I feel awesome. Great sex drive, wood without even having to try everything is great. After about day 4 things start to drop, I don't feel terrible but I can definitely tell a difference in sex drive and other things.

If I was to split the dose to every 3.5 day's like I've seen, would this give me more consistent feelings etc?

There is an excellent chance you will, indeed, feel better. I suggest you capture a trough reading on your current protocol, total and free testosterone and estradiol/sensitive. If you make the change wait at least four weeks and test again. How you feel is critical, as you realize, but it's only sensible to capture these points with objective lab data. You may also find you can reduce your total dose of testosterone. Two hundred milligrams is at the upper end of a TRT protocol for the vast majority of men.

It probably will. You need to get your levels tested before making the change though, SHBG being really important, and I'm suspecting your SHBG is low.

Total, free, sensitive E2, CBC and maybe thyroid at minimum and taken at trough.

Yes, as the peak value is hitting around day 3 or 4, then gradually going down from there. 2 x per week will keep the serum level more constant, hopefully giving you that well being that you're desiring.
