PT 141 works great, maybe to good

I have ED, which I believe is mostly due to me having no libido/desire for sex. I've used PT 141 a couple of times with great results and very minimal side effects. I've used a 1mg dose and a 2mg dose, with similar results. The "problem" is I continue to have random erections throughout the day. This is a problem if were on vacation at the beach. Would a lower dose possibly help this situation?

Yes, lower the dose. I'm a believer in stating with 100-300 micrograms. Gradually adjust up if necessary and spread the dosing out as well, subject to experimentation. Also dial back cialis and viagra if you're on those. But most importantly, be grateful it works for you. Remember that millions of men would like to have that problem.

.5mg yesterday. I was still having erections off and on all day today just not nearly as many, and they weren't as long lasting. I am on daily Cialis so maybe I should roll that back on the days I use the PT-141. I'm thrilled that this is working so well for me. I don't really feel a boost in libido, but it is helping to bring my confidence back, so I'm not worrying nearly as much about being able to get and maintain an erection.

IME with PT 141

You need to start low and slowly titrate up to find a goldilocks dosage. I started at 250mcg and tested over the course of a few months 250, 500, 750, 1, 1.25. I found that 1.25mgs was too much. 1mg seems to be the sweet spot for me. Anything above 1mg and quite honestly I couldn't be in a professional environment at work as I was randomly getting rock hard erections throughout the day. 1mg is the goldilocks zone for me where it worked when I need it to.

Seems to work on a delay, it doesn't kick in until 12+ hours after injection for me. Lasts about 24-36 hours.

There seems to be a rebound/come down effect. Where for several days after it wears off I get a negative libido.

I wouldn’t take it more than once a week at most as it seems to get lesse effective if you use it too often.

It has GLP like effects on hunger for me. The nausea gets better the more you I’ve taken it.

After I inject I am as red as the heat miser man for about 30 minutes.
