Advice on where to find trustworthy peptides

I'm new to this forum...

I'm 50, in exceptional shape, but struggling with my system not recovering & my joints not recovering like they should.. so 4-5% bodyfat/ ultra fit, but battling with joint healing issues.. my bp is slightly high, and i've also read this might help lower BP a bit too. i suffer from some very old chronic injuries since my 20s & i've partially healed them through very conversative means (diet, redlight, intermittent fasting, etc), but i want to try something more potent now..

I'm' thinking this is a healing stack I want to use -- I believe this is a common stack many high end clinics use:
BPC-157Gut, tendon, joint, vascular repair250–500 mcg daily, localized subQ (near injury) or systemic (love handle)
TB-500Broad tissue regeneration & anti-fibrotic2.0–2.5 mg/week (e.g., 1.25 mg 2x/wk), systemic (stomach or fat pad)
GHK-CuSkin, vascular lining, collagen, anti-aging100–200 mcg daily, subQ (rotate injection sites); topical also an option

i have never used peptides before & have no idea where to find a safe / legitimate supplier & i am only interested in lab tested stuff

I appreciate any help/ advice, thanks!

Wow, thank you so much Nelson, i greatly appreciate the advice... now that you mention it, i have heard of peptide sciences before.. i thought of trying peptides a few years back but decided to try & just heal through other means & I recall that name coming up more than once.

I'll take a look at all of these sites.

Please let us know how your trial goes. I am 66 and also have chronic pain issues, but I have not really committed to trying this protocol.

in my situation i've done "everything right" and got phenomenal fitness results, but refuse to accept it's "just aging"... through years of experiments & AB testing on myself i'm in great physical shape, but i still face cardivascular / ligament/ joint/ tendon challenges... so here I am looking for answers. also, i appreciate your welcome to the forum note -- and see you're an author, and i'm impressed. thanks for creating & running this forum.

Several things:

- I agree with Nelson on Peptide Sciences. I've used them for years. I have also used nootropic source.
- I have also used Phase4 (max-supplement.com) for transdermal patches for BPC. They have sketchy overtones, but I have had great results. I have no issue with injections in general, but for some areas like the bottom of my feet I prefer the patches. There is a lot of controversy over whether site injections are important, especially for BPC-157, but putting patches close to the issue seems to help for me, and DMSO seems to be well-known to have a local affect so BPC may as well.
- You may want to review the "fixes for join tissues" thread
- IMO DMSO is step one before any of these, as well as trying to figure out if anything you are doing (e.g. form, food sensitivities, overtraining) is exacerbating the problem
- You may want to consider something in the Growth Hormone family as well. I mostly use CJC-1295 with DAC, which is not a popular option but I find it helpful with intermittent use.
- Shifting to more joint-friendly activities like sprinting and sled pushing has helped me a lot

Being at 4-5% body fat is not conducive to good recovery, natural testosterone levels, or joint durability. Get yourself up to 10-12% body fat and you estrogen will increase, which will make your joints feel better as well as improve recovery.

Peptide Sciences, here, too.

I used a 6 week cycle of BPC-157 and healed bicep tendonitis. I forgot the dose but it would have been max or very high end and was often AM, and, PM shots in the medial head of the deltoid where I had the most pain when lifting. I was desperate to "heal" and get my gym agenda back on track with a nagging injury that wouldn't heal for nothing over months. BPC157 seemed to fix me right up.

My goal is cardiovascular health. WWII victims who had been starving were discovered to have no plaque in their veins at all.. That's what I am shooting for.

Note: I intentionally dropped into the "death zone" (4% bodyfat) because my BP had been 160/120, and that's what motivated me to lose 100lbs. It took years of experimentation & AB testing.. I was relentless & determined to find a solution and I did (Cardio, Lifting, Intermittent Fasting, Low Carb, Ketosis, red light therapy, cheat meals, and later high protein which restored mass). It's been sustainable for me because I am on TRT, which prevents a total hormonal crash. I dont intend to stay here forever; just until I fixed my blood pressure (which I got down to 107/71).

I lost 100lbs with the goal of cardiovascular health; goal was to lower high BP -- and it worked at first. I was stable at 120/80 on a single blood pressure medication for about a year (Losartan 100mg), and I had been 107/71 (as mentioned) on two blood pressure medications (Losartan 50mg + 10mg Amlodipine) -- but my doctor agreed that I could drop a medication (and thats when I landed at 120/80).

Blood Pressure Crisis After I Had Already Lost Weight:
My BP was up to 158/102 blood pressure post mercury poisoning (literally, I just had 9 cans of white albacore tuna in a few days -- the issue is with utlra low bodyfat I am vulnerable). I got back on amlodipine (100mg Losartan/ 5 mg amlodipine...), but it only reduced blood pressure to 145/92. My doctor had no real answers for me.

My first peptide stack was the following (to reduce blood pressure):
  1. Tirzepatide – Improves vascular function indirectly by lowering blood glucose, reducing systemic inflammation, aiding weight loss, and potentially enhancing endothelial health via improved insulin sensitivity and reduced atherogenic stress.
  2. Epithalon – Supports vascular repair and blood pressure regulation primarily by restoring circadian rhythm, improving melatonin signaling, and reducing oxidative stress, which can lower nighttime BP and protect endothelial tissue.
  3. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) – Enhances deep sleep quality and may shift autonomic balance toward parasympathetic dominance, leading to reduced resting heart rate, improved nocturnal BP dipping, and lower overall cardiovascular strain.
Peptide Results: Incredible
My results after a 20 day cycle of DISP/ Epithalon, and Tizazeptide (the first time I have used peptides in my life):
-112/82 blood pressure — a 33 mmHg systolic and 10 mmHg diastolic reduction attributable to the peptides.

Yesterday I started the BPC-157, TB500, and GHK-CU stack; my goal is to get joint healing and cure some hip issues caused by the massive weight loss.
