A few points. There is a consensus opinion, actually, it is nearly unanimous, that a TRT protocol injecting every two weeks is a sure-fire failure waiting to happen. Weekly, or - better yet - twice weekly injections of a smaller dose works far better. That said, you asked about lipids. How old are you? Are you in any other medications? Your weight and diet?

Update my hemoglobin is 17.6 after 2 weeks of donating. I didn't drink any water until lunch. Why is this increasing so fast. 100mg weekly trt. Thx

TRT can decrease HDL specially at higher doses. Not much you can do about except try to eat more almonds, do cardio, take NAC and/or niacin.

Your triglycerides tell me that you are consuming more carbs or alcohol than you should since TRT actually decreases triglycerides.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
