High BPM Post Injection

I have been on TRT for approximately one year. I am prescribed 250mg per week. Following each injection, I fond that my heart rate is high (90+bpm at resting) and its accompanied by palpitations. It will taper off usually around thursday of that week. Anyone experienced this and what could be some contributing factors?

Is this correct, you are on 250 mg per week?! If so, I am not surprised your bpm is so high. Its tapering off because your testosterone levels are dropping.
Why is your doctor prescribing this amount of testosterone?
