Has anyone here on TRT needed to supplement with Semenax or other products to help regain semen volume and /or force or orgasm sensitivity? Any recommendations of products that actually work?

You might check out "The Holy Grail of Cum". I've been doing it. I'm 73 so needless to say, it ain't like it used to be. Does the Grail help? I dunno, but going to keep doing it anyway.

To increase volume, you have to look at how the fluid is generated physiologically. Placebo effect is strong with herbal supplements and no one has done a peer reviewed analysis.

Think it a bogus advertisement, age has something to do with it for sure, imo Lost one to cancer@47 and my orgasms are almost always dry now, but intense with all the 'same' feelings. 71 and half now and Been on TRT since Feb'13

Most just have nitric oxide enhancers

I am using HGC. 0.5 twice a week. What dosage do you recommend?

250-500IU 2-3 times weekly.

I would aim for 500IU 2-3 times weekly if you can tolerate it!

Do you recommend subQ or IM injections for the HCG?
