Your problem is you're injecting once weekly, when you do this your levels peak and then start falling. You probably need to be injecting EOD do to lower SHBG.

That's a lot of test for a low SHBG guy.

340mg Test is a lot a week as the average used here on the board is probably not even half of that (not judging just stating)
With the low SHBG you should consider EOD or ED injections
HCG 30iu daily seems to be very low as I use 400IU twice a week

I had mumps as a baby. I have been on testosterone injections for many years. I do not experience orgasm and my ejaculation volume and force is low and weak. I often do not even realize that Ive cum. I need to get sensation back and have a good orgasm. This is driving me crazy.

Ive read about Cabergoline and am willing to do anything to help. Recommendations????

Are you taking any other drugs?

I took Citalopram (mood elevator) for a short time. It made my penis numb = no orgasm.

Opioids (hydrocodone, morphine, etc.) will delay time to orgasm.

Also, men must have a histamine release to have an ejaculation, so you shouldn't take antihistamines (Benadryl, etc.) close to your planned blastoff.
