On TRT latest T level is 1/2 and pharmacy issue

Ive been a patient with Defy of the last year and a half. My TT has been >1500 (dose adjusted after that), 972,1075 and then this last blood test came back at 586. This dramatic drop in TT is confusing to me. Libido has been a bit lower and have had some energy issues.
I started looking at where my medicine has been coming from. My email receipt for the purchase says that it was ordered through Empower, which Ive used in the past. However, the medicine that I was delivered was from Hallendale. I've been using it for the last 3 months.
Has anyone else had a sudden drastic drop in their TT? Would it make a difference on which pharmacy it came from? I wouldn't think so, but I really don't know.
thanks.
