My urologist wrote me a prescription for cialis, but he told me the price was $30 for one pill. I thought the patent expired?

He wrote the script for 10, 20 mg Cialis pills. Pharmacy quoted me $11 over the phone. When I got their they quoted me $465. No sex for me!

Gene can chime in, but I’d start on 100 mg, once per week and adjust from there if needed. Be patient, it can take months to figure out if you need adjustments of anything. You also need to workout, eat well, sleep well, and a pde5 may be needed for erection quality. Libido will be there for sure, but erection quality is not a guarantee. This is the exact protocol that I started on at age 62. I have adjusted from there. I also use a modification of Gene’s stack, which helps a lot.

As far as resistance work, it is a must to get the benefits. You don’t need a gym to get fit, and for some guys joining a gym is a mistake because it doesn’t fit their lifestyle and not going just reinforces the idea of being a failure. I workout at home. Since moving I no longer have the complete weight room I once had in my basement, but a bag of good resistance bands keeps me in great shape with intense 30 to 45 minute workouts 3 to 4 times per week. Don’t overthink this, it ain’t rocket science. Too many new users expect miracles and it doesn’t work like that. It’s a process not an event.
100mg is 5 times the max dose. Where you thinking of viagra?

The script should be written for 5mg of generic Cialis Daily (Tadalafil) which is used to treat BPH and you might get it covered by your insurance or use a GoodRx Coupon and pay cash (around 114$ per 30 tablets). You can split the tablets in half to get 2.5mg if you get sides from the 5mg tablet. For some reason the 10mg-20mg tablets are as expensive as non generic Cialis.

how accurate do you have to be w/ dosing? i get the 20mg ceebis pills from reliablerx and just bite off what seems to be about 1/4 a pill to get my 5mg daily. haven't had any issues from this but thought i'd pose the question here.

My hunch is that if it’s working for you, accuracy isn’t a problem. The only way to guarantee your taking 5mg daily is to buy that strength specifically. The fact that Cialis is in your body consintenty is what matters. Pill cutters can help but cialis has an awkward shape and they come uneven too. My health insurance pays for 4 tablets of Cialis 20mg per month with a 25$ copay. However, I will ask my doctor to precribe the 5mg strength of Cialis Daily. I believe my health plan will cover the whole thing even up to a 3 month supply for $30.

My baseline BP is normal but it can go up after drinking tea/coffee or after a meal. I stopped coffee and am going to stop drinking tea as well (tough one!)

It seems I benefit from taking a BP normalizing agent. My question is choosing between tadalafil and citrulin. Citruling is cheap and easy to get but it's effect doesn't last long. Tadalafil is more expensive and I have to get it from "online pharmacies", otherwise it would be quite expensive. I have only 20mg pills.

I have been taking 5mg daily for awhile now. Side effects are completely gone and the positive effects are awesome!

How long for sides to disappear? At low and moderate doses (5&10 mgs) I get migraines that last a day and a half. And it works! Plus, my libido is consistently stronger. I can't win for losing. Even if my wife was eager for sex, which she rarely is, too damn miserable from the headache. My urologist prescribed it and my primary told me to forget about ED meds, since I have a history of migraines back to when I was a child(Yes!). I'm 69, my wife is 74 and she actually thinks I should be able to perform the way I did 27 years ago. She believes ED meds are disgusting. I know; divorce.

GoodRx . My urologist scripted me for tadalifil, 20 mg, 20 tabs. The pharmacist told me it would cost around $1k. He shook his head. With GoodRx, cost me $30. I don't understand why Medicare will pay for testosterone, including brand gels, but won't pay for erectile medications.
