Once anastrozole reaches stead state, does E2 stay relatively constant all else equal?

Assuming one is on anastrozole for a a few weeks, would the E2 levels stay relatively constantly all else equal or does it continue to drive E2 down over time? Basically what I'm asking is how long does one need to be on anastrozole to know if they are on the right dose?

Well for me regardless if the dosage, E2 is always going down relatively fast.

I have seen guys on a particular dose for a while and it works and then all the sudden they're E2 goes down or up over many months.

There's no way to predict which direction E2 will go down the road. If being on TRT has taught me anything is I won't always be on the same dosage with regards to T or AI's.

What works now may not work later.

This is what I find so frustrating with the pills. At least the vial mix of cyp & anastrazole was exact. For some reason when I’m on the pills I have the same reaction OP is discussing. It’s almost like taking an AI is not the way to go, and to split dose to EOD really is the only solution. Not entirely sure myself yet.
