Newbie trying to restore fertility

Hey guys, I'm brand new to the site. Just happened to stumble across it as I was doing research. I am a 39 year old former bodybuilder. Lots of steroids for a long time. I've been clean for almost three years now. My wife and I have been trying to have a kid with no luck. Zero sperm production, as in nada. Currently using hcg and hmg.
