So after going over labs today with my doctor. (Not going to post them, just because essentially from all the research I have done on this forum and others things seemed pretty normal.) I will just post the basics real quick tbiugh
TT-917
E2 (ultra sensitive)-17
SHGB- 26
Prolactin- I can’t remember the number but I remember seeing it was in an okay range.

But anyways when seeing this new doctor he wanted to change my protocol and even up my dose a little. He moved me up from 120mg (subq) to 150mg but he wanted me to do 3 times a week. M/W/F. He said that should keep me at a better base line. As far as an AI goes he prescribed me one. But kind of said take it only if you feel your e2 creeping up. He said that with me doing 3 shots a week that the e2 shouldn’t spike as much. Also informed me if we can’t get my erection issues fixed. They will put me on trimix (because viagra really hasn’t been working) he also wants me to try to take 5mg a day of cialis to keep the blood pumping and gave me a trail of stendra. I’m 28 years old I am super glad there are options I just hope it doesn’t have to come to me using Trimix. If I do, hopefully it’s not expensive and hopefully it works. Anyways is going up to 150mg a week a lot? I was wondering what other people are dosing at? Thanks for any responses

Is your ED the reason he wants to up your dosage? How often do you take your AI?

How do you feel on this current protocol?

A little better. Libido and ed seen better. when upping the dose and splitting it into 3x a week. I am going to stick with this for 8 weeks and not do anything different. No AI or anything. I just want to stay consistent

It will be interesting to see what your E2 does as you have raised the dose considerably, but also spaced them out. You might feel better with your E2 up and out of the teens. Please keep us posted as to what changes you notice in the coming weeks.

SQ does increase estrogen in some men including myself, if it's works then mission accomplished.

Estrogen was a bit on the lower end and many would have soft erections below 20.

Yeah I def will. I didn’t know e2 in the teens was like a bad thing. But idk I know my body very well. And for me it wasn’t working well. And I am really starting to be super in depth about my research. And from reading books listening to podcast from drs being interviewed. It sounds like a lot of people who are on trt (for actual medical reasons) don’t really need to be on an AI) it seems it does more harm then good. So I just want to see what happens if I stick with this for 8 weeks and don’t take an AI. I work out 4 days a week. I am in pretty good shape. Not sitting here saying I am like the next Arnold or something like that lol. But I have been really taking care of my physique since I started trt. And I have just read the less fat you have, your T doesn’t convert as much e2

Yeah you see that’s where I know my new doctor doesn’t know shit either about trt. He said 17 was perfect. But I have read a lot of guys saying mid 20s is optimal. Obviously from person to person it varies. Idk my dose has been upped but with the injections in smaller doses i am hoping that can balance things out a little. I don’t like taking An AI. Because sometimes when I take it, it works and gets me to where I need to be. Other times it puts me too low. Even off .25 and I know this from labs. But I just want to get on a protocol I can stick with and works and I don’t have to change. Because if I have to change it, it’s going to me figuring it out. Not my doctor because like I said I can just tell the testosterone thing for him is not his thing really. But I don’t want to go out and find a 3rd doctor either
