I have a simple question about kisspeptin-10 for you.
Does kisspeptin-10 administration cause suppression or shutdown of our kisspeptin endogenous production?

If so I wonder,
When endogenous kisspeptin is suppressed or shut down during the half-life of kisspeptin-10, can occur neuronal atrophy of hypothalamus kisspeptin neurons?
When something in our body stops working for the job for which it was created (in this case producing kisspeptin), then it begins to die. For example testilces.

Greetings from Italy, thank you.

The half life of Kisspepin 10 in healthy men and women is even shorter at 3.8 (± 0.3) and 4.1 (± 0.4) minutes respectively, due to increased proteolytic degradation in circulation (Jayasena et al., 2011). I suspect this is not going to stop the endogenous production.

Anyone find any evidence one way or another?

Nice review article (2013):

Q1: I don't see it.
Q2: continuous infusion appears to cause receptor desensitization

Brother BigTex, I can't find half the stuff I have posted. I have stored it all on the "cloud" and now takes me an hour to find it. LOL.
I have clouds all over the place and have never used them. I need to start putting stuff there instead of 5-6 different zip drives.
