Does HCG cause e2 to go up? When I was taking HCG my e2 was very high but i was also taking sermorline. Then added finasteride & anaztorol then I yanked my e2 now I just take my testosterone once a week with nothing else & acne is clearing up drastically

Go to 33 min 43-second mark. I explain what happens to estradiol when we inject HCG (you may want to watch the whole lecture). HCG may also increase DHT, which has been tied to increased sex drive.

Levitra (vardenafil) is the best when it comes to side effects. It has a shorter half-life than Cialis. I would take it before bed to maximize morning time erections which nature created to heal and clean up erectile tissue. Once we lose the ability to have morning time (sleep induced) erections, fibrosis increases in the penis which affects blood flow and erectile quality.

Ed drugs also make my sensitivity increase. Another thing I have noticed is that my testicles also feel fuller and hang lower, specially in combination with HCG+TRT.
Thank you

My penis sensitivity has gone up and down a lot. Pardon the pun. After a long period of super sensitivity I lost a lot of sensitivity and even had a hard time reaching orgasm. I had my e2 checked and it was in the mid fifties, higher than it had ever been. I was surprised because I wasn’t having any of my usual high e2 symptoms. I took arimidex and the next day my sensitivity was back. Now when I lose sensitivity I try arimidex first. However it’s easy for me to take too much and have low e2 issues.

Would Levitra help with blood pressure? Mine is starting to edge up to consistently high-normal territory.

Another question while we're on this topic. Are the side effects seen with cialis dose dependent? I really liked being on 5mg/day so I was thinking about cutting the dose to 2mg/day to see if I can tolerate it while avoiding the side effects.

I'm thinking to try the Cialis 2.5mg - to help with the blood pressure. Reading about the side effects makes me leery however. I've seen comments that the worse side effects seems to affect those that have some existing NO issues.

How does one tell if they have NO issues?

How does one tell if they have NO issues?

" Penile erection is a complex process involving psychogenic and hormonal input, and a neurovascular nonadrenergic, noncholinergic mechanism. Nitric oxide (NO) is believed to be the main vasoactive nonadrenergic, noncholinergic neurotransmitter and chemical mediator of penile erection. Released by nerve and endothelial cells in the corpora cavernosa of the penis, NO activates soluble guanylyl cyclase, which increases 3',5'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. Acting as a second messenger molecule, cGMP regulates the activity of calcium channels as well as intracellular contractile proteins that affect the relaxation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle. Impaired NO bioactivity is a major pathogenic mechanism of erectile dysfunction." Reference

Translation: Nitric oxide is produced by penile inner vascular walls to regulate an enzyme that allows blood in and out of the penis by affecting proteins that are related to contraction and relaxation of blood vessels that make an erection possible.

This conversation started with someone posting that they felt a lack of sensitivity when having an induced erection with Trimix. I hypothesized that this may be due to low nitric oxide production. Low NO can cause ED

Roles of Nitric Oxide:

"Vasodilation
Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels, raising blood supply and lowering blood pressure.[45] Conversely, it helps protect tissues from damage due to low blood supply.[45] Also a neurotransmitter, nitric oxide acts in the nitrergic neurons active on smooth muscle, abundant in the gastrointestinal tract and erectile tissue.[46] sildenafil (Viagra) works to inhibit the enzyme phosphodiesterase PDE5, which lowers the cGMP concentration by converting it back to GMP.

Nitric oxide (NO) contributes to vessel homeostasis by inhibiting vascular smooth muscle contraction and growth, platelet aggregation, and leukocyte adhesion to the endothelium. Humans with atherosclerosis, diabetes, or hypertension often show impaired NO pathways.[47]

Nitric oxide (NO) is a mediator of vasodilation in blood vessels. It is induced by several factors, and once synthesized by eNOS it results in phosphorylation of several proteins that cause smooth muscle relaxation.[4] The vasodilatory actions of nitric oxide play a key role in renal control of extracellular fluid homeostasis and is essential for the regulation of blood flow and blood pressure.[48] NO also plays a role in erection of the penis and clitoris.[49]

Cardiac effects
Nitric oxide also acts on cardiac muscle to decrease contractility and heart rate. NO contributes to the regulation of cardiac contractility. Emerging evidence suggests that coronary artery disease (CAD) is related to defects in generation or action of NO.[50] Reduced levels of exhaled NO have been associated with exposure to traffic-related air pollution.[38 " Reference

Does anybody know if TRT improves penile sensitivity? My sensitivity has gone way down after I was forced off HCG monotherapy earlier this Spring. So far the sensitivity has not returned on TRT. I just started adding HCG to my protocol again, but I'm only two shots in. What causes the loss in penis sensitivity? I don't have diabetes, high cholesterol or blood pressure. I realize libido is a complex thing, but I'm holding out hope that somehow that will re-emerge, but for now is there anything I can take that will improve sensitivity? Do ED medicines help with that?

High e2 of 47 has caused me ED, turtling, and loss of sensitivity. Unfortunately, my doctor doesn’t consider 47 high

I am glad to hear this but had not heard that before and am not finding anything on the net that substantiates it. Can someone point to anywhere that discusses vardenafil having fewer sides than cialis/viagra? I get headaches at even low doses of those two and would like to try vardenafil but want to research more before spending any money. Thanks!

I had issues with sensitivity when my E was 20pg and T 10,
now I am at 17 T and 34pg E, everything is better but sensitivity still an issue.
I wonder if E went down with high T would help, will try this at one point.
currently doing 25mg sus EOD and 500iu HCG EOD.

HCG is the cause for sensitivity issues for me. Every time when I add it with test it feels like using really thick condom. E management is not solution. Levels are check but sensitivity issues remain.

I believe that HCG is not suitable for some people and nothing fixes sensitivity issues caused by HCG.

What dose and frequency were you using?

I won't disagree with you about HCG but I'm curious to what this means (bold). Curious if you're looking at a number on a test as the sole indicator and if so what your numbers really say.
