I tried to have the operation, Dr Alaa is MIA, i think hes on the run or something or at least thats the feeling I got from them. They wouldn’t do bulbospongiosus surgery. I threaten to leave so they agreed (lied). They did the Delta but it wasn’t a small cut like the picture it was like a circumcision cut right around (i was circumcised so I didnt need it) they also didn’t do the bulbospongiosus surgery and just added one stitch in the scrotum to make it seem like they did something. So i am down 3k and PE is even worse now. Their reasoning for not wanting to do it is because I don’t have kids yet. I think this surgery stops the muscle from ejaculating so it might work but i was scammed.
