Where to get Enclomiphene?

As I recall, you have been employed by Maximus. If this is still the case then I think it should be disclosed when you're promoting them in this manner. I'm not questioning your objectivity, and I have also had favorable things to say about Maximus. However, disclosing the affiliation is the right thing to do, so that readers can consider this possible source of bias.
That's fair. I edited my post to include that.

This feels like a teachable moment.

As you've just discovered, there's more to enclomiphene therapy than simply getting your hands on it. You had the opportunity to sign up with an organization that employs research scientists and conducts clinical trials with enclomiphene to perfect their treatment algorithms (Maximus). An organization that has treated almost 20,000 patients with enclomiphene and has more experience tuning these protocols to deliver optimal results than anyone else in the world.

Instead, you decided to save a buck and are left asking for protocol advice from random strangers on the Internet.

p.s. I do some part-time work for Maximus.
Stick with pharma grade which is more expensive. Maximus Tribe or Nu Image Medical are two tele-health clinics that offer it but there are many more.
That was recommended me at the beginning your company Maximus and Nu Image Medical and I choiced the less expensive, because both are expensive, both sell the same (Enclomiphene), and I am not exactly a newbie on this

@guil70: I see you have been on Clomid, which is basically enclomiphene plus estrogen (zuclomiphene) — roughly half and half. So in reality you already have some experience with the drug. It's a simple matter to look at one of the clinical trials for enclomiphene to see the results of administering 6.25, 12.5 or 25 mg per day of the drug. Other things to bear in mind: Zuclomiphene has a very long half-life, so it may persist for more than a month or two after stopping Clomid. The loss of zuclomiphene is usually a positive, however, there are occasional reports of men doing better with Clomid.
Thank you Cat, if you remember you helped me a lot when I started with Clomid( Peak Testosterone Forum). Let see if Enclomiphene can suppress the side effects of Zuclomiphene that are currently hitting me

I have had to start a 15-day cycle of anabolic steroids (Dexamethasone 4 mg once a day) due to allergic vasculitis in my legs. Should I stop the enclomiphene while the steroid cycle lasts?

Yes, I can message him, asked here to see if someone has had the same situation before
Combining enclomiphene and dexamethasone could potentially lead to interactions, as both drugs affect the endocrine system in different ways. Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), while dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that can suppress the immune system and reduce inflammation.

**Possible Conflicts and Interactions:**
1. **Hormonal Effects:** Enclomiphene can increase testosterone levels by stimulating the release of gonadotropins (LH and FSH), while dexamethasone may suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, affecting the levels of certain hormones.

2. **Immune System:** Dexamethasone suppresses immune function, which could increase the risk of infections or other immune-related issues, especially with prolonged use.

3. **Hepatic Metabolism:** Both drugs are metabolized in the liver, which could increase the hepatic load and potentially affect the metabolism of other medications.

It is important to consult a doctor or pharmacist before combining these medications, as they can provide specific guidance based on your medical history and the other medications you are taking.

I will stop enclomiphene till the end of the esteroids treatment, that will help me to clean everything in my system including the zuclomiphene effects

Thinking about coming off TRT and trying Enclomiphene. What did they charge you for the treatment and did you have to get lab bloodwork?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
