I tried that citruline and felt nothing so I quit taking it. Haven’t been on it for months. I have no explanation for the reduction in bp.

For sure Cialis does work to decrease BP in most men, I guess it works better for some people than for others. You probably respond more strongly, which can only be a good thing for you.

I tend to react strongly to a lot of drugs / supplements, it didn't take much DHEA to put me over the top of the range. Though I tend NOT to get an upset stomach. Metformin seem to really take my BG down, though I am watching my carbs which help a lot, it seems to have really decreased my appetite. Even a real Thanksgiving meal only got my BG to 114. Next I have to try a pizza as the acid test.

The funny thing is I generally don’t react to meds and supplements like many folks. I feel zero benefits or side effects from hcg or DHEA. I take them because it makes sense health wise. I also don’t feel any untoward effects from anastrazole. The only “supplements” I feel a strong and direct benefit from is kefir.

I should have been more clear.

I don't feel any benefits or negatives from things like HCG, DHEA, only that it quickly changed my blood serum levels. It could have raised my PSA score. But I don't have BPH symptoms.

I can feel the benefits of testosterone, magnesium, caffeine, b12 /cq10 later in the day can keep me awake. I think I feel a benefit from lowering my Blood Glucose, I sleep better. When my BP went up it was because I was nervous, one tends to follow the other. I can't feel the difference between a TT of 700 and 1300. I did gain some water weight at first when my E2 was at 56, it went away after a couple of weeks.

If I see a change in blood tests for the better even if don't feel it, that is a positive, DHEA I don't take right now, never saw a benefit and my DHEA isn't really low.

I do know taking too many supplements can also have a negative effect.

Fair enough. The hcg has kept my balls nice and full, but I don’t feel anything like mood improvement or estrogen issues. The other supplements may as well be water. Like I said, I take them for the health benefits.

I too have never had ED. And have very strong erections. I wake up often and am so hard it is almost painful. Been that way since puberty.

I have noticeable veins in forearms, so again, it would be hard to tell if the Cialis is doing anything there.

I workout 5 days a week and lift heavy. Have since I was in my early 30’s.

I just am questioning the quality of this Ceebis. I would like to find some domestic Cialis and see if I respond differently to it.

BBB, I have cialis from bluesky and notice minimal benefits as you have stated. I tried 5mg and 20mg. Both gave me minimal results. Maybe slightly better erections...maybe

I might try tadacip in the future.

Maybe shbg binds up all the cialis (kidding...i think).

This might be something I will bring to my Doctor. I have been dealing with high blood pressure ever since starting TRT. Running around 150/85. Don’t feel anything though. I lift pretty heavy too and don’t have any issues at the gym. Estradiol is a bit high (48.9), but I don’t have any noticeable water retention nor side effects like sensitive nipples, depression, tiredness, or whatnot. Should I give Cialis a try? I don’t want the doctor to put me on some other nasty BP med. thanks.

Well I guess I expected to “feel” something. I hear all kinds of input from people posting about side effects and/or that it makes their mood “better”.

I have read that it helps with “pumps” while working out. That was the main reason I started taking along with hoping it would lower my BP a bit.

So again...I feel absolutely nothing taking it. No flushing...no back ache...no runny nose...no increased mood...no increased pumps...no harder erections.

If it is normal to feel nothing, then why would one take it?

Did it help with your high BP?

I use ADC too, and never have any issues with them. I’d skip the pre workout. Just keep a steady dose of cialis in your system. 5mg per day will do it. I don’t use a pre workout, only 8-10 ounces of black coffee before my first thing in the morning workout. Empty stomach workouts in the AM are great fat burners for me. The cialis definitely helps with the vascularity. I use a modification of Gene’s Stack.
What all u use in your modified gene stack?
