what days to inject

I just started trt. I'm supposed to inject testosterone cypionate and HcG twice a week. My question is, do you guys that inject twice a week do it on the same 2 days every week or are you supposed to rotate these days? For example can I just do it on Monday and Friday every week? Just trying to figure out the best way.

Same days every week. I inject Monday/Thursday.

Make sure they fall during the workweek so you can easily pull blood just prior to an injection.

Until recently I've always been a 1 time a week injections guy...with decent results, especially for a guy with low/normal shbg. For the last 5 weeks I've injected Monday am and Thursday pm. Make sure you have 3
5 days between injections.
