Weird blood results

So last Wednesday I took my very first shot for TRT but I also was required to do bloodwork two days afterwards. I'm on TRT through the guidance of my urologist but I'm also under the care of an endocrinologist. My endocrinologist was the one who wanted bloodwork but was unaware that I would start T so soon. Unsurprisingly my testosterone was tested at over 1500.

The thing that alarmed me was that my TSH was 3.8.
FT3 3.7 reference is 2.0-4.4
FT4 1.64 reference is .82-1.77

So my question is why would my TSH be so high considering such optimal free t3 and free t4?

According to my endocrinologist she believes that the high TSH could be due to the HCG I'm taking. Also another thing that's important to mention is that I have hashimotos.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)
