Looks fantastic Vince. I am doing the same. I have a blood draw coming up and am hoping for similar results. I wanted to ask you if you every now and then enjoy a night off from LCHF?

It's rare that I take a night off, after my labs I did chocolate binge. I'm sorry that I did because it only makes it harder. I get to enjoy a large range of food, so I feel there's no reason for me to cheat.

Your TRIG/HDL is fantastic. This is the #1 predictor of a future cardiac event. Under 2 is good. Under 1.5 is excellent. You're right at 1. These are crazy good numbers.
