@Nelson, I am wondering if this supplement will help solve this veinous issue is it does in the legs - Hesperidin and Diosmin. My vein surgeon just suggest that I start taking it. Lots of research on CVI in the legs being effective.

I think if you can sustain an erection with under 0.5 cc of Trimix for over 1 hours, may be (just my opinion).

They actually use Trimix to create an erection to do Doppler ultrasound tests of the penis.

Most men do well and prevent priapism with doses under 0.3 cc. If you are using higher doses to keep an erection for under an hour, I would suspect product quality or dilution issues.

Thanks for posting Nelson! It reinforces the delicate balance between inflow (PSV) and outflow (ESV). I have had mild/moderate essential hypertension for over 10 years and it certainly is one of the main "causes" I have with mild ED. I have it well controlled but the underlying issue in the artery walls effects erection duration.
