It’s not obvious at all actually. Quite the opposite. From my understanding it seems very obvious that eating animals from nose to tail is most likely the optimal diet for humans, and for health/ longevity. The China study is a joke. It’s been debunked many times over. I personally don’t care what type of eating people decide to do. All I care about in life is being as happy as I can, and helping others around me be as happy as they can. What people choose to put in their body has no effect on my happiness, so I couldn’t care less what other people eat or don’t eat. We only live once, and only get one body, and I plan on living to at least 120, but most likely closer to 150. 120 is minimum. 120 to me is like people trying to live to 90. But anyways, im always researching and learning how to feel my best, for as long as humanly possible. And all my research is pointing towards the optimal diet consisting of mainly eating animals from nose to tail, with a few seasonal fruits and low toxin veggies sprinkled in. That’s just my current understanding. I’m always willing to change my views based on new information. Clearly you haven’t watched any of Dr. Paul Saladino’s videos. Like I said, I’m not trying to get anyone to change their views on what’s an optimal way for humans to eat, but it’s extremely hard to watch these videos below, and be able to say with a straight face that eating grassfed animals nose to tail is doing anything but increasing health/ longevity. Dr. Saladino only cares about how to live as optimal as possible, and prevent disease through diet and lifestyle changes. He’s been a vegan, he’s eaten keto, and he now has realized being carnivore is as close to the optimal diet for humans as he’s come across. He explains why better than probably anybody on the planet. The man is a robot. I’ve never heard someone explain things so intelligently before. Nobody even comes close.
