Quick question. Couldn't find an answer, but does it matter what type of oil the pharmacy uses? I used to get my Test Cyp from Defy, which I believe uses grapeseed oil. However, my primary insurance actually covers my Test Cyp now and therefore I save about $100 each time i order it. However, i noticed that they compound it was cottonseed oil (CVS Specialty Pharmacy is what my prescription pharmacy is through)

Would there be any negative effects due to the different oil that the compounding pharmacy uses?

As far as effectiveness of the testosterone, no. Only negative effect would be if you have some type of allergic reaction to that specific type of oil which would be rare.

I believe compounding pharmacy uses grapeseed oil or sesame seed oil, big pharma cottonseed oil. I prefer compounding pharmacies. In a year how much are you really saving.
