I'm considering retiring abroad, specifically Quito, Ecuador. Have tried to find the availability of TRT from doctors overseas without great success. Does anyone have any advice on how to research the issue?
One of the things you'll learn quickly is that outside the United States the quality of care men on TRT can expect varies greatly (I live in Canada). Attitudes toward the therapy range from ignorance to outright hostility. That, of course, is a general observation, but one that I hold based on a lot of effort spent working to help EM members not in the States find adequate care. Obviously you realize the challenge or you wouldn't have posted. I hope you generate some leads and aren't disappointed.
I think in Ecuador you can buy testosterone cypionate over the counter. I hope you find a doctor. Many Americans are moving to Cuenca so I am sure there are doctors there.

Ecuador, cool, I think test e was on the otc list there, but that has been a few years or so back and law could have changed, good luck with your move, I been to Ecuador a couple of times to hike and climb, was back this November but trying to get over patella tendonitis, can only hope for January now.
