TRT in men in their Nineties

I'm sure you know most men who start therapy in their 30s or 40s had to have lower levels when they were young. Men who started in the '60s '70s '80s had higher levels when they were young. I believe that's why older men do better with higher level at least on this site.

Need to rethink that one!

Your still caught up on that daily short-lived peak TT all those natties are running around with!

Even then the healthy natty young men running around with those very high T levels have high SHBG and it is not like they are running around with absurdly high FT levels.

Again there is a drastic difference between one hitting a high/absurdly high trough FT injecting daily vs twice-weekly vs once weekly let alone running a high FT 24/7 vs where a healthy natty young male sat in his prime!

I understand your viewer. You should also understand why young men struggle with high T levels.

Damn, that is amazing... You are a hero... lol Not one guy here does not want to be you at 93 ... Now, if you have something that is working and has been for years... and you are 93 to talk about it... Djjeeesus, keep on doing what feels right...

I enjoy reading your free T should be this, or that... and you should have TT this and that... young old... God, I have been on TRT for what, 7 years now, I have tried every friken combinations of free t imaginable... every combinations of low free t, HCG, no HCG ... and I just can't get dialed in with regards to libido.. lol

Man if you still have libido at 93 ... I think you have a good thing going... Treat the symptoms, not the numbers I guess...

I don't know... this TRT thing is like everyone trying to push what works for them as the gospel, but I have tried every one else's recipe ... nothing works...

So if you found something that works...

An update as I approach my 94 birthday, recent blood work: >1500 TT, 23.5 free T, 13.8 estradiol. I have little stiffness getting out of soft chair, but after a few steps, no problem. I know I shouldn’t, I was cleaning fan blades on a 10 foot ladder last week (5) fans. I walk about 7 miles per day, elliptical cycle 30 minutes 3 times per week, weights 2 to 3 times per week, 145 pounds, 29 inch waist. I inject 250 ML Cyp. T,once every week. I will spare you the details of my sex life, but I am still active in that department. I should mention that I take one half mg 3 x per week anastrozole that’s how I got my estradiol down to 13.8. All my blood work was in the green.

I failed to mention, that I inject 50 i.u. HCG 2 x per week.

I am a engineering consultant with one client that requires about 20 plus hours per week.

Thought of one more thing that you might find interesting, I have been juicing a carrots for at least 40 years and most recently I started to eat the pulp, the benefits are significant, I suggest you Google sexual benefits from eating carrot pulp, you will be surprised. Great source of fiber too.
