TRT - Fertility Inquiry - Thanks!

Hi.

I have been onTRT for around 3 years. I started when I was 28 years old because my T numbers(Free, Total) were quite low after several exams. The doctors are not sure whatcaused the problem. I went to see a specialist (Urologist). He told me “to notworry and continue treatment as long as I feel good and my numbers are ‘fine’.Once I want to start having babies they can restart me with HCG… etc.” Should Ibe worried about my fertility because I started so early? I do not want to stopthe treatment, since my body has been responding well so far. I am taking 100 milCypionate on a weekly basis. No AI’s. BTW I reside in Canada.

Thanks!

State healthcare systems do this to save on healthcare costs, the UK does this same thing, when you're ready for babies they give you HCG and remove it from your protocol once the wife is pregnant. There's no reason why you shouldn't be on HCG together with your TRT protocol. Lots of men here use HCG with their TRT protocol do to the fact it not only provides improved fertility but also libido and mood benefits. You're doctor is most likely unskilled in TRT and simply he just is uninformed and he can join the ranks of just about every doctor in Canada in that regard.

Weekly injections is problematic unless you have high SHBG, injecting infrequently produces spikes in testosterone and estrogen followed by lows where your hormone levels change from the beginning of the week to the end.
