TRT: Fatigue and Brain Fog Remain - What to Take?

Been on prescribed test cyp 200mg per week for almost 2 years. Also prescribed adderall.
Problem is still have terrible brain fog and chronic fatigue daily. I think adderall despite the dose actually makes me sleepier but more focused than caffeine solo.

I see where sam-e is recommended. What about an Ssri like Prozac? Previously preserved Wellbutrin which made me irritable.

What about vitamin d3 or b-12? My labs only showed low d though (in the low 20's)

Two hundred milligrams a week is at the upper end of TRT dosing. What is your total and free testosterone level and trough and have had a problem with estradiol and/or thyroid? Has sleep apnea been ruled out? Your cortisol levels?

You do not mention your sleep quality. Nothing will work with poor sleep. Neurotransmitters are replenish while sleeping. Not even Adderall can help.

I do use 200mg of sam-e every morning and high dose Co q-10. Once I started TRT, all my brain fog cleared up.
