trimix not working as well as it did

Hi all
Been using trimix silver for 10 years had to increase dose periodically up to .8, doc moved me to the trimix red and its doesnt seem to work as well. He advised starting at .4, im up to .5 And have mixed results. Sometimes it works great sometimes just ok. Also notice the tip of my penis doesnt get as hard as before
Anybody else experience this or have advice.

I have been using trimix for about 10 years also. while it still works, it was not keeping me hard for as long as it once did. I discussed with my urologist (the prescriber) and he added a prescription for the daily cialis 5mg. He also suggested a cock ring to keep the strength of the trimix in the penis for a longer period. I am back to full on erections that last about an hour (unless I increase dose knowing I want to last longer.... 3 some or special occasion) Try adding the daily cialis and a cock ring you will be back in the game.

Yeah the days you're using Trimix use Cialis as well and it really helps. And with Trimix you will get mixed results from time to time because you don't always hit the perfect spot. Plus the units you're using a really still low so you should have many more years of usage. 8 units really isn't nothing compared to how much you can actually use.

I’m actually using 50 units of Trinidad super. I’ve always stated it as .5, and I’ve been told 100 untis or 1.0 In the max allowed per use.

However, he was adamant that max is once per day. This is really a downer for the lady friend, and I'm not terribly happy about it either. I've thought about maybe experimenting with a quarter or half dose the second time around, but so far haven't gotten up the nerve...

I am a new user of Trimix. As in, I have only used it once so far.

But to address your question about the head not getting as full or hard…yes. I noticed that right away.

My shaft was rock hard, but the head was under inflated. I tried squeezing the shaft to force more blood into the head but that did not help.

My wife did not notice but it just looked odd to me.

yep... I use it more than once a day. Add cialis 5mg a day dose, you may not need to but I have done it and have performed well. On a Cruise I have used it 3 times a day and again performed very...well. I always kept the dose reasonable, if you know what I mean.. I have been using trimix for 10 years or more.

Thanks - that may give me the bump to try it. I'd used cialis alone for years with great success, but it stopped working completely over a period of about six months even as I increased the dose. At that point, none of the PDE5 inhibitors worked for me, and I was diagnosed with a venous leak. Returned to form with trimix, and I'll likely add some cialis back in based on comments here regarding other benefits I was unaware of. I'll start testing a second trimix dose with a very tiny amount (5% - 10% of my regular dose) and likely gradually titrate up from there until I hit a safe/effective dose.

I just thought that was normal for it. I think the erection was like a 6 or 7/10 even with higher doses.

If only the shaft gets full could that indicate anything medically or is that pretty common with trimix?

I have been on Trimix for 12 years.... in the last 2 years I started 5mg of Cialis daily, pop another one before intercourse. My erections are back full throttle. I also use a silicon cock ring to keep the Trimix in the cock longer and the cock hard. I am not real big, my hard erection is about 6 1/2 to 7 inches.
if your shaft is hard the head should be fine, I do not think anything makes the head different, but to be honest I never paid attention to the head. Try the Cialis and a ring that may take care of you. Good luck

Common effect with Trimix.

My brother has been using Trimix for 20 years with good results and many people have used much longer than that. I believe the reason they have to use a little more as time goes on is because just that...time goes on and their conditions worse. But many people I think use it way to much like 3 to 5 times a week. If you use just once or twice a week you have a good chance of using it for a lifetime of sex if that's what your after.
