Traveling internationally with meds

I've travelled within US without issue.....but wondering what people have expirenced when traveling thru customs internationally

Ive got a vacation coming up and Im going to Bahamas Need to bring T-Cyp HCG and Trimix. Don't want to get jammed up in customs etc. Any thoughts expirence with this?

Also later this year may be traveling to UK and/or Germany. Similar items thoughts?

Make sure any/all drugs you're carrying are marked with the original prescription label. I'm an American, long-term resident of Canada, and have crossed borders without incident in the last year (Canada-US, Canada-UK, US-Bermuda) with no questions once the prescribing information is noted. As for needles, I try and travel with as few as possible - the number I'll need for the length of the trip and two spare.
