Transfer from Ampoule to Sterile vial

I have few 1ml ampoules of Testoviron (Testosterone Enanthate 250Mg) that I want to transfer to a 10ML vial, but the ampule does not have the benzyl alcohol. Any ideas how to and how much to add benzyl alcohol? Thanks
