Total t coming down with androgel and polycythemia

I strted a thread in Testosterone basics and questions. Could not see a way to crosspost. My levels are almost half on androgel as they were on clomid. Will be switching to injections soon. Here are my latest lab results after 6 months on androgel. I am a 50 year old male and am 5’8 and 175 lbs. I have been told I need to give blood every quarter to keep my red blood count down.
